Role Overview
As a Band 5 Nurse in our A&E department, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're seeking additional shifts to supplement your existing role or prefer to work on a flexible basis, this opportunity allows you to maintain work-life balance while making a difference.
- Shifts: up to 12-hour flexible shifts, including long days and nights
- Pay: From £22 ph ltd up to £34ph ltd per hour (£19.94- £30.48 PAYE Inclusive Equivalent)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in a busy A&E setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with clinical guidelines.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse Qualification with valid NMC registration.
- Experience working in an A&E or similar acute setting is essential.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
