Job Summary:

As a RN, you'll provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, in line with nursing care standards. Additionally, you'll educate patients and their families on managing their conditions, ensuring quality care during their treatment and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Education: Teach patients and families about illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
  • Critical Thinking: Use your skills to assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Patient-Centred Care: Promote patient and family-centred care in a healing environment.
  • Ongoing Evaluation: Continuously evaluate patients' responses and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Safety and Quality: Participate in activities that enhance safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Professional Development: Engage in lifelong learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing
  • Proficiency in English and successful completion of the IELTS assessment
  • Registered with NCLEX or preparing for the Exam

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) certification
  • Certification or license in the area of expertise

This position is safety-sensitive, requiring constant alertness and adherence to safety protocols.
