Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to residents
• Ensure residents' individual needs are met with compassion and respect
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the best care
• Monitor and manage medication and treatment plans
• Support and guide junior staff and carers

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
• Proven nursing experience in a healthcare or care home setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
