Regulatory Compliance Analyst - FX - MERJE Ltd : Job Details

MERJE has partnered with a leading corporate FX firm. Due to continued growth and development, they are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join their dynamic team.

As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will enhance the monitoring and surveillance program to meet regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and adherence to regulations. Your role will involve building relationships with the front office, conducting compliance reviews, and fostering a culture of awareness and adherence throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elevate front office regulatory understanding.
• Develop and execute monitoring and testing plans.
• Conduct compliance training sessions.
• Monitor and test front office activities for compliance.
• Generate reports on surveillance and training activities.
• Lead projects to improve compliance monitoring.
• Ensure policies reflect best practices.
• Support the Regulatory Compliance Manager and Chief Compliance Officer.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in regulatory compliance within FX/payments space is a must!
• Knowledge of FCA Regulations, PSR, MiFID II, MAR, and EMIR.
• Understanding of derivatives and future regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong reporting abilities.
• High standard of oral and written English.
