Reinsurance Analyst - Insight Recruitment Solutions Limited : Job Details

An excellent, newly created opportunity for someone who has gained experience in a ceded reinsurance or related function and has an understanding of complex outwards reinsurance programs for an ambitious and growing insurance group.

You will be supporting the Reinsurance Officer to

• Develop and maintain relationships with the business' MGAs, brokers, and reinsurers
• Taking the lead on completing quarterly collateral calculations
• Researching reinsurance markets and assisting with monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for management
• Gathering data to support reinsurance placements
• Reviewing proportional and non-proportional reinsurance contracts
• Handling technical queries from reinsurers and brokers
• Assisting in the development of the reinsurance strategy.

Experience with reinsurance systems would be preferable.
