What you'll be doing:

*This role is field based, fully remote and the successful candidate will need to be based in the Midlands*

HQ is based in Crawley

This role includes a generous bonus package including car allowance and working from home allowance.

As a Relationship Manager you’ll look to retain and grow our largest employer clients by building strong business relationships. You will drive long-term business growth and create tailored member engagement plans.

  • Examine and understand the client and their intermediaries organisational structures, politics and key drivers
  • To create and implement an engagement plan for all key clients, setting strategic approach and key objectives.
  • Creating and managing Tailored Member Engagement plans with relevant employers and when appropriate involving the workplace engagement manager.
  • Meet with all key accounts at appropriate frequency to identify business opportunity and gather intelligence to gain an increase in funds under management and long-term growth.
  • Establish working relationships with clients and when appropriate intermediaries at all levels including Director to Director and CEO to CEO if appropriate.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience and understanding of Sales processes.
  • Ability to work effectively unsupervised.
  • Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Influencing and negotiating with multiple decision makers.
  • Ability to analyse reports and understand statistical information.
