We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be all about connecting with customers and our referral partners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in the financial industry and contribute to the success of our organisation which focuses on delivering for customers first.

As a Relationship Manager at TP24, you’ll get to:
- Manage existing customer relationships that are in an event of default or who are exiting the business.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with several partners (predominantly lawyers and insolvency practitioners) who are critical to our business.
- Developing new policies and procedures to strike the right balance between fairness and ensuring recovery.
- Be a key member of the credit committee.
- Undertake risk-based analysis of customers financial information.
- Help us learn from scenarios which didn’t end well to improve our ongoing processes.
What you bring to the table
We don’t expect you to tick all the boxes, because we know the right person for the job will be able to learn what they need to succeed in their role. That’s why we focus on value-alignment when hiring. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lending with a focus on financial analysis, writing credit paper and building customer relationships.
- Solid understanding of insolvency processes
- Great communicator who loves life and talking to clients, even when conversations are difficult
- Self-motivated and someone who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity and solving problems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a track record of establishing and nurturing key industry partnerships.
- A proven track record of showing high levels of empathy.
- Good attention to detail with a determination to deliver great work.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, enabling the execution of integrated business strategies across diverse teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas with clarity and impact.
