As a Relief Housekeeping Assistant, you will ensure that the home provides a clean, welcoming, and hygienic environment for all residents. Your work will involve maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the property and supporting individuals in keeping their personal spaces organised. Collaborating closely with your colleagues and following guidance from senior staff, you will help create a comfortable space that enhances the well-being of everyone living in the home.
In addition to general housekeeping duties, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the home by assisting with laundry, ensuring communal areas remain tidy, and responding promptly to any cleaning needs as they arise. Your role is central to maintaining an environment that feels like home, offering residents a sense of pride and comfort in their surroundings.
By participating in training opportunities and engaging with staff meetings, you will stay informed about best practices and health and safety standards. This ensures that the care and service provided meet the high expectations set by CrossReach. Your attention to detail and dedication to creating a welcoming space will make a meaningful difference to the daily lives of the residents.
