As a Relief Night Care Worker with CrossReach, you’ll provide compassionate care and support to our residents throughout the night, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and respected. Working as part of a dedicated team, you’ll assist with personal care, monitor well-being, and maintain a comfortable environment. You’ll also need to be flexible and able to cover shifts for holidays and sickness when required.
You don’t need formal qualifications to apply, but an SVQ 3 in Social Care would be ideal, or a willingness to work towards it. You’ll also need to register with the Scottish Social Services Council and be a member of the PVG scheme. Compassion, reliability, and respect for our Christian ethos are essential.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
