Remote Conveyancer - Plummer Search : Job Details

Role Summary

A modern and dynamic regional law firm are actively looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal or Conveyancer into its growing residential conveyancing department.

You will work as a case handler and be responsible for handling your own caseload of sale files. As part of a team you will also assist or fee earn on purchases, subject to your level of experience. Your caseload will include: sales and purchases (on both freehold and leasehold properties), transfer of equity and remortgages.

The caseload volume is medium to high although a lot of back office support is available. The law firm in question are SRA regulated and modern both in their approach to both technology and remote working.

This is a full time permanent role. Although the firm have serviced office they are very happy to consider candidates that wish to work remotely.

Experience Required

• Currently work within residential conveyancing and handle your own caseload of sale files
