• Drafting accounts for a wide range of clients across multiple industries
• Overseeing compliance processes, ensuring regulatory deadlines are met
• Preparing and reviewing VAT returns, management accounts, and tax returns
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing tailored advice
• Managing workflows to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional service standards
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members to uphold quality and consistency

• 6-8 years of experience in an accountancy practice environment
• ACA/ACCA qualified
• QBE (Qualified by Experience) status also considered
• Strong technical expertise in drafting accounts, compliance, VAT, and tax
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Experience with cloud-based accounting software and systems

• £38,000 to £48,000 per annum
