Remote Software Support Specialist

Germany or Austria - 100% home office based following initial onboarding in Germany.

€65-75K plus excellent benefits package.

To be successful in this role:

You will be a confident individual with excellent knowledge of Oracle and MySQL along with fluency in German language and proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Other requirements for this role include:

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science, or similar qualifications
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems (servers and clients), with basic Linux experience being a plus
• Team player with strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage complex systems and work well in a remote team
• Previous software support experience is a plus
• Understanding of warehouse management systems is a plus
• Must live in Germany or Austria

Job role and responsibilities:

• Provide remote support for software products
• Support warehouse management systems and logistics process software for customers globally through remote maintenance
• Act as a technical contact, receiving and diagnosing error messages from customers, conducting error analysis, and resolving issues using remote maintenance tools
• Document service cases in a ticket system and contribute to the company knowledge database
