Remote working Document Production Specialist

A global Law firm with an excellent reputation, require an experienced Document Production Specialist to join them on a permanent basis, working 5pm to 12am Monday to Friday.

This is a fully remote role!

You must have substantial document production experience from the legal services industry to be able to interview for this position

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating, formatting and amending documents.
• Managing document conversions and preparing Pitch Documents.
• Tikit-linking documents.
• Transcribing BigHand dictations.
• Populating LaserForms.
• Producing Excel data sets.
• Ensure documents are in House-style.
• Proof read and quality check documents.
• Ensure fee-earners are kept up to date with progress on their work request.
• Provide support to users on technical document production queries.
