Elizabeth Michael is recruiting motivated sales professionals to join a top UK insurance provider’s Inbound Registrations Sales department on a full-time, permanent, remote basis. If you have at least 12 months of recent sales experience in a targeted setting (excluding retail), this is your opportunity to thrive in a rewarding role with a competitive OTE of £30,700 per year!

What You’ll Do: As a Customer Sales Advisor in our Inbound department, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers calling in to register their appliances. Your mission is to provide top-tier customer service, help them secure added protection, and offer product options that meet their unique needs. Daily tasks include:

  • Handling inbound calls to assist customers with their appliance registrations
  • Sharing product benefits and offering relevant upsell options
  • Building rapport with customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions that put their interests first

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Experience: At least 12 months of consecutive experience in a targeted telesales role within the last 3 years
  • Drive and Determination: A passion for achieving sales targets
  • Self-Starter: Capable of working independently in a home-based role
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Confident in building relationships, listening actively, and showing empathy
  • Team Player with Customer Focus: Dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience
