Solar Project Manager - Commercial Construction

The ideal candidate will have experience in Solar lighting projects-whether in commercial lighting, electrical project management, or wider construction projects.

• Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Manage commercial Solar lighting installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and oversee engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and compliance with industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
• Ensure high-quality installations and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects.

• Experience in LED lighting projects within commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and energy efficiency standards.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Willingness to travel and stay away during the week as required.
