Overview
My award-winning client is seeking a skilled and driven Renewals Manager to oversee the renewal process and operations. The Renewals Manager will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including forecasting, negotiations, and contract renewals
- Implement and improve renewal operations to streamline the process and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure successful renewals and client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and maximize renewal opportunities
- Analyse renewal data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Requirements
- Proven experience in renewals, operations, or a related role
- Demonstrated success in a Renewals Manager role or similar, with a strong track record of improving renewal rates and driving revenue growth
- Data-Driven: Proficient in using data analytics to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
Day-to-day
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and build strong relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless renewal process
- Analyse renewal data and metrics to inform strategy and decision-making
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to achieve successful renewals
- Continuously improve renewal operations to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
