We can offer up to 65% discount for ex company car drivers with an accident free history or for households where there is more than one car. We also offer cover for any car from a Mini to a Ferrari and for all ages from 17 - 99.
We offer customers a personal approach and treat each customers as an individual and offer an excellent service. Coupled with our excellent relationships with major Insurers, this enables us to offer competitive premiums as well as the personal touch. For the convenience of customers we do offer online quotations and the opportunity to purchase online but we also feel that we can make a difference by listening to the customer’s individual needs.

Renewals Agent - This role will include shift work between 8.30am - 7pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm Saturday (1 in 3).
The Role
The role of the Renewal Advisor is primarily about managing client communications to provide a high quality of customer service, retain existing clients and boost sales. Preparation of renewal documentation, liaising with insurance companies and presenting risks to achieve a competitive quote, contacting clients to renew their policies and setting up of the new policies. A professional undertaking of what makes first-class customer service is vital, as well as flexibility, the ability to multi-task and strong problem solving skills. There are also opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
This role will attract a self-motivated and resilient individual with the ability to operate independently where required, who will also hold a confident telephone manner. You will be a team player who is flexible in order to meet the needs of the business as well as willingness to share information and knowledge with your colleagues.
Essential Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels.
• Well organised, methodical, realistic and reliable
• Team player with ability to flex requirements to meet the needs of the business
• Can work under pressure
• Has experience of working in an Insurance sales environment
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Has experience of working with OGI
• Self-motivated and resilient with the ability to operate independently where required.
