Due to an ongoing commitment to growth, my client is looking to take on a member of staff within their Renewables Department.

The main responsibilities of the Renewals Specialist are:-

• Producing renewals reports from data exported from our CRM system.
• Sell direct renewals
• Sell out of contract renewals
• Support the account managers with their partners renewals
• Maintenance of CRM and email inboxes
• Provide insight and support to sales team to boost revenue
• Continuous improvement to improve efficiencies
• Any other task to drive renewals

The ideal Renewals Specialist would meet the following criteria:-

• Knowledge of the energy industry is beneficial but not essential
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent problem solver and a logical thinker
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Quick learner
