Rents Accountant | £35,000 - £37,000 | Greater Manchester:

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Housing Association in Greater Manchester who are looking to recruit a Rent Accountant their busy and growing team. The role is offered on a initial 6 month fixed term contract, with hybrid working and a great benefits package.

Duties:

• Responsible for rent setting
• Offering expert advice in management of rents and arrears
• Producing management information reports from the rent accounting system in accordance with management requirements
• Dealing with internal/external quires and complains
• Presenting and translating financial information to a varied audience

Experience:

• Experience working Housing Sector rents is ESSENTIAL
• Able to pick up new processes and systems quickly and efficiently
• AAT qualified or experience to this level
