Rent and Service Charge Finance Officer | £150 - £200 per day (umbrella)| Interim 6 months+ | West Midlands | Hybrid:

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Not-for-profit organisation in the West Midlands who are looking to recruit a Rent and Service charge Officer to their team on a interim basis to support them in this busy period. The role offers a competitive day rate, hybrid and flexible working.

Duties:

• Responsible for maintaining service charge income and resolving queries related to rent and service charge from customers and business partners
• Liaising with the wider business to support with service charge review, such as the housing team and wider finance team 
• Support the Rent and Service charge accountant with the setting of rent and service charges 
• Support with budget meetings and related to rents and service charges 

Experience:

• Must be working towards an AAT qualification or is AAT qualified 
• Strong Rent and Service charge experience 
• Excellent excel skills and IT literate 
• Knowledge of service charge legislation
