Working for a fantastic company who offer great facilities and career progression. The purpose of the role is to provide support to the company’s full after sales requirement. Primarily focused on the administration of the repair process. The role will be varied to include the following tasks:
Essential main job functions:
· Opening the post.(Small products to be repaired)
· Entering customer/products details onto the computer system
· Ordering parts for repairs where required
· Scanning jobs to the correct location i.e. awaiting repair, awaiting parts, awaiting payment/confirmation.
· Ordering parts from the manufacture
· Receipting parts from the manufacture
· Picking small parts and matching to repairs or despatching to customers.
· Quality control of repair to ensure it has been processed correctly.
· Packing repaired products for despatch
· Focus on attention to detailing to ensure mistakes are minimised.
Day to day activities will include:
· Booking onto the system all repairs received that day to auto generate estimates/acknowledgments for repairs.
· Printing invoices, acknowledgments and estimates and enveloping ready for dispatch.
· Opening/Packing post
· Quality control of repairs to ensure repair standard has been met.
· Confirm/despatch parts orders to customers
· Order parts for internal repairs.
· Picking of parts in parts department.
· Scan repairs to ensure they are in correct location.
The salary is £25,000. No experience is necessary as full training will be given ,if you have great administration skills we would like to hear from you.
Hours are flexible 8- 4pm, 9 - 5pm or 10 -6pm are all options Monday - Friday + 25 days holiday, company gym, Christmas bonus and free parking.
