Teqniq is searching for a Repairs Advisor to work in the public sector.
36 hours per week.
7 month contract.
09:00-17:00
Job Description:
The candidate will be answering calls and email correspondence involving repair requests from residents. These repairs will vary in nature and complexities. Whilst the core part of the role is providing bookings and diagnoses for new repairs, there will be the need to update residents on existing repairs and sourcing information to support the residents.
The rota will be either 9-5 or 8-4 to be determined based on Business Needs. Wednesdays are always 9-5.
Having repairs knowledge would be ideal.
Contact Centre/Customer Service experience is required.
