Repairs Coordinator - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new companyOur client, based in Sheffield, require a repairs co-ordinator for £14.32 per hour PAYE premium (£12.78 basic) or £16.80 per hour Umbrella. This is an ongoing office based temporary placement, ASAP start.Your new roleYou will work on various projects dealing with issues/complaints from residents, scheduling works to be completed. You will coordinate social housing maintenance by liaising with tenants and maintenance staff/contractors. Your role is key toensuring the overall quality of life of residents, as well as the aesthetics ofthe properties, compiling/filling in spreadsheets to track progress. This role is due to begin immediately with 37 hours a week.
