We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the Maintenance Service in managing complaints, Members' Enquiries, insurance claims, and legal disrepair cases. This role is crucial in ensuring high service standards, meeting performance targets, and driving continuous improvement in customer service. You will play a key role in investigating issues, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolutions.
