I am looking for a Repairs Manager to join a local authority in the Hertfordshire region. The Repairs Manager will be responsible for managing high-risk strategic contracts in relation to responsive maintenance. This is a hybrid role, with office presence required 1/2 times per week. Repairs Manager responsibilities:
- Manage high-value, high risk strategic contracts, collaborating with operational teams and the wider to ensure a cohesive approach to contract delivery.
- Ensure contracts contribute fully to the corporate agenda and works collaboratively to achieve cross cutting objectives and key priorities.
- Ensure contracts are executed and administered in accordance with contract provisions, including the issue of relevant notices and implementation of corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and oversee performance monitoring (including cost monitoring, projection and analysis) of the contract and provide management information to drive continuous improvement in the delivery of the service
- Undertake Risk Management analysis of Housing contracts and to ensure the regular review and amendments to ensure the safe delivery of services

What is required for the Repairs Manager role:
- Experience managing repairs/ maintenance teams or contracts
- Ability to manage complex contracts over 10 million
- Evidence of undertaking risk management analysis on major contracts
- Experience in a similar role
