Repairs Manager - Randstad Construction & Property : Job Details

Looking for a Repairs Manager to join a leading property services company in and around Barnsley

You will have the chance to make a real difference on a day to day repairs contract delivering excellent standards for a local authority

• Managing up to 30 operatives ensuring consistent performance and targets are met throughout.
• Oversee day-to-day repairs and maintenance operations.Manage and motivate a team of operatives and subcontractors.
• You will be proactive in the management of material and costs while adhering to correct processes and procedures.
• You will monitor work through KPI's, inspections and surveys.

Offering a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 + an amazing package

If you have experience proactively managing operatives within Repairs or Responsive Maintenance, are an excellent communicator who has the ability to multi task and problem solve. And can drive standards while focusing on customer satisfaction, then this role is for you
