Repairs Scheduler - Harvey Beric Associates : Job Details

Our client is housing association in the Burton area and have a great opportunity for a Scheduler to join them on a long term temp basis. Working a 37 hour week, Monday to Friday, you would be expected to carry out the following duties:

• Diary planning for operatives
• Scheduling of repairs
• Log any additional works that arise
• Schedule meetings, training, etc
• Keep a log of absences
• Address any queries
• Provide excellent customer service
• Monitoring and processing of jobs logged on to the system
• General admin duties

This role will suit an organized individual who has worked in a similar role or has transferable skills that would lend themselves well to this type of role. You will need a great telephone manner, planning ability and be a great team player.
