The roleDay to day, you will need to coordinate the daily activities of a Housing Associations' maintenance workforce. In doing so, you'll provide a high-quality, customer-focused maintenance service that ensures compliance with relevant safety and building legislation.You will be responsible for managing the scheduling system and ensuring that appointments are made within agreed timescales and views are monitored and kept up to date. This will involve a high level of communication with our operatives, staff, managers and customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service.This role is office-based, and you will work in a hybrid model. You will work for a Housing Tenancy Association and will take in-coming calls from tenants and staff regarding repairs to property and building maintenance. The right fit
