Repairs Planner/ Scheduler Reactive Maintenance Social Housing
Working with a large Housing Organisation we have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Planner/ Scheduler to join our the Repairs Team / Specialising in FRA works . This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our reactive maintenance appointments for social housing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule and manage daily diaries for up to 20 operatives, ensuring maximum productivity.
- Monitor the system for emergency requests, ensuring prompt attention and swift resolution to meet targets.
- Handle telephone variations, coordinating with the duty surveyor to maintain continuous site operations.
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face service to our clients, maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily goals, successfully allocating a minimum of 60 new orders each day.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ideally you will have experience as a Repairs Planner/ Scheduler working within the social housing maintenance sector
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively within a team to meet shared objectives.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
