Reporting Analyst - Mixxos Group : Job Details

Mixxos are looking for a driven and passionate Reporting Analyst for our client who are based in Milton Keynes. You will work with the Senior Data & CRM Manager to refine and develop marketing platforms.

This is a front-end role and not technical, you will be writing user stories and present these to the IT Team who will develop the back end.

Key Responsibilities for a Reporting Analyst:

• Document business processes and analyse how to improve them
• Ensure data from external sources is being captured correctly and solve any issues that may arise
• Collecting the business requirements for all new projects and translating these into specifications and test plans
• Ensure CRM data is to the highest quality
• Write user stories and present these to technical teams

Essential Skills for a Reporting Analyst:

• Experience with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud)
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Customer Focused
• Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging environment
