We are seeking a Reporting Finance Business Partner to be an integral part of our Accounting & Finance team in the Construction industry. This role is based in Hertfordshire and requires a keen understanding of financial reporting and business processes.

Description
- Provide financial reporting and analysis for the business
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand and improve business processes
- Support the Accounting & Finance team in budgeting and forecasting
- Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as required
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Property industry and market trends
Profile
A successful Reporting Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
