?? Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfilling printing/copying orders using reprographic equipment ???
• Assisting users with special requirements, such as different paper sizes and document finishing ??
• Maintaining and managing stock, including ordering new materials and paper ??
• Conducting basic equipment maintenance and safety checks ??
• Coordinating repairs when necessary to ensure smooth operation ???
• Monitoring usage records and reporting on patterns ??
• Managing the collection and disposal of surplus printed materials ??
• Ensuring an organised and tidy Reprographics Room is maintained �?
• Providing excellent customer service with professionalism and confidentiality ??
