.KEY DUTIES

• Lead quant workstreams independently, ensuring minimal supervision and efficient delivery.
• Conduct quant research, with basic knowledge of other research methodologies for context.
• Collaborate and coordinate efforts seamlessly with the broader team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3-4 years of full-time experience for junior level / 5-10 years of full-time experience for senior level
• Proficient in advanced formulas, advanced pivots, and Excel modelling.
• Desirable skills include SPSS syntax, R, or Python, with basic storytelling abilities.
