RESEARCH DIRECTOR (QUANT)

UP TO £80,000, BONUS, PENSION,

REMOTE WORKING

We are working with a boutique global research agency who focuses on delivering first class research services across quant and qual research within the healthcare industry. They're looking for an experienced research to help come in and lead one of their quant teams. This is a great opportunity to come into a leadership role and be part of a growing team. With an office located in the North , this mid-size agency offers the opportunity work work remote, with some travel required.

THE ROLE:

The Research Director will have the following responsibilities:

• Run multiple quant projects at once
• Analyse data to generate actionable insights to clients.
• Creating deliverables to present to stakeholders.
• Help develop more junior members of the team.
• Take ownership of projects and play a part in winning new business

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal Research Director will have:

• Experience within a market research agency/consultancy
• A background withing healthcare/pharma
• Familiar with quantitative methodologies, including advance skills such as conjoint and segementations
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Line management experience is desirable but not essential
