The RoleWe’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Research Executive to play a vital role in planning, implementing, and evaluating employee surveys for our clients. You’ll take projects from start to finish, ensuring data accuracy, insightful analysis, and excellent client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate employee surveys and research projects for clients.
  • Set up, test, quality check, and distribute online surveys.
  • Coordinate the printing, fulfilment, distribution, and data entry of paper surveys.
  • Prepare and organise data sets, dashboards, and reports, including headline summaries, comment analyses, and detailed workbooks.
  • Develop bespoke summaries and visual analyses using tables, graphs, and infographics.
  • Work closely with project leads and clients to design questionnaires tailored to their needs.
  • Support project leads with client calls and queries, providing proactive and clear communication throughout the survey process.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 policies and procedures, including secure handling of information and reporting any breaches or suspected breaches.
  • Contribute to maintaining the high standards of accuracy and quality in all aspects of data collection and reporting.

Key Objectives

  • Deliver accurate, high-quality survey outputs that create meaningful insights for clients.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise adopting resilience and using initiative to proactively find solutions.
  • Support project leads to provide clients with a seamless, professional, and positive experience throughout the research process.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS) and familiarity with data visualisation tools is an advantage.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A logical and methodical approach to problem-solving, with high attention to detail being vital.

Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience (minimum 1 year) AND/OR Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, marketing, business, social sciences).
