Your Role

EFLondon Kingstonis looking for a responsible and energetic individual to join our Residence Teamforsummer2025as a Residence Coordinator. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming, and fun living environment for our international students while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role providesa greatopportunity for you to build your organisational and leadership skills in a supportive, team-focused environment. This is a live in position where accommodation and full board is provided at no extra cost. Roles run from June/July - August 2025

Responsibilities

• Ensures the smooth running of the studentresidences
• Toensure the residences provide a comfortable, safe living environment
• Tomaintain EF policies,accreditation criteriaand Golden Rules
• Toprovidethe highest level ofcustomer service at all times
• Tohelp maintain 'one team’, where the different departments liaise and interact effectively and efficiently
• Allocates new bookings to residential accommodation
• Assists customers with residence queries, ensuring prompt follow up and excellent customer service
• Liaises with external suppliers where cleaning/maintenance issues are reported
• Completes weekly occupancy statistics
• Ensures allocationinformationsent to residence suppliersis accurate and on time
• Preparesarrival & departure documentsand provides keys for all arrivals
• Follows up any welfare and disciplinary issues together with the Residence Manager and ensures sanctions are applied in line with EF’s residence rules and regulations
• Assists with the training and supervision of temporary staff/interns
• Participates in student intakes and first week chats
• Shares emergency duty on a rota basis

Requirements

• Given the on call nature of the position, a flexible, hands-on approach to nature & hours of work undertaken isessential
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRMs (desirable)
• Highly motivated, energetic, positive
• Customer service orientated, friendly & approachable manner
• Able to remain calm under pressure & to diffuse potentially difficult situations
• Sensitive to needs of international students living away from home
• Excellent communicator with students, colleagues, and external clients
• Attention to detail, organised & thorough
• All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS checkand two references
• Legally able to work in the UK at commencement of employment
