About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer focussed on project delivery to join our Building Safety Team in London on a full-time permanent basis. This role will be agile and require you to spend time in our London office and onsite, time spent onsite will vary depending on the stage of projects. You will manage and develop key relationships between customers, colleagues and contractors in the delivery of key works within the Building Safety Projects team, ensuring customers are engaged and their views are incorporated as projects such as investigations, remediation and installations are delivered. You will ensure customers are clear on the needs and requirements of planned and building safety projects and are fully consulted regarding any requirements before, during or after works.What we’re looking forWe are a customer-focussed organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do.
