We are on the lookout, on behalf of our client, for a dynamic and experienced Resident Services Manager to lead and manage the onsite operations of a residential community. As a key player in the team, you will be responsible for driving financial, operational, and service excellence, ensuring that every resident enjoys an exceptional living experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Community: Take charge of day-to-day operations, overseeing all aspects of the resident experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly in line with company standards.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality service to residents, addressing needs promptly and fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Financial Management: Oversee budget management, controlling income and expenditure to meet targets while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Operational Leadership: Collaborate with the Head of Resident Services Team to deliver operational excellence, leading and motivating the Resident Services Team (RST).
- Health & Safety: Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents by complying with health and safety standards and protocols.
- Property & Reporting: Take responsibility for property management, ensuring the condition of the property is maintained, and compile regular operational reports.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in resident services or property management, with strong leadership and team management skills.
