Hybrid working 2 days a week in the office

To implement, develop and monitor all front line operational actions of ResidentServices generating a positive transformation of the living environment within mixedtenure housing estates.• Sustain diverse and cohesive communities that provides additional care to the moredependant and vulnerable.• To provide customer focused leadership that encourages community involvement,engagement and activities within estates

The ideal person will have Billing and Debt recovery experience.
