Our client has forged their reputation over the last 5 years operating across the Prime markets of Notting Hill, Kensington and St John's Wood. Due to an opportunity of strategic growth, GKR International have been mandated to find an addition hire to their already successful team.Tasked with transacting both Residential Sales & Lettings properties across some of the most in demand areas, you will be surrounded by hugely successful operators in the Residential market.Our client offers one of the most attractive commission structures on the market and a more dynamic approach to the workplace.They are ideally looking for those individuals with experience in the Real Estate world, however will be 0pen to individuals coming from a luxury hospitality or advisory background.Package:- Up to £35,000 basic salary- Up to 50% in commission for each transaction- Unlimited holiday- Potential flexible working arrangement and/or the opportunity to work from multiple locations across LondonThis is a HUGE opportunity for someone with an eagerness to join an expanding and successful Real Estate business.
