• Hold either a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA OR Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET).
• Hold solid occupational experience at Support Worker level or above within a Children's Home. 
• Ideally have experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare (ideally to Level 5, but not essential)
• Must hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.

Duties include:

• Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
• Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
