Residential Children’s Home ManagerPay rate up to £21.98 per hour The Talent Crowd are recruiting for a Residential Children’s Home Manager to join a team in Rochdale.Rochdale is currently in the process of going through a period of positive change in its children’s homes and a Registered Manager vacancy has just become available in one of our established children’s homes that is Ofsted rated as Good.  While a number of other changes take place across the sector we are looking to utilise the skills of an agency registered manager who has a proven track record of positive leadership in the sector including Good/Outstanding Ofsted judgments.The successful applicant will have previously been registered with Ofsted and have at least 5 years experience working in the sector, and be qualified to Level 5 or above.  While the work will primarily be during the day there will be a requirements to undertake occasional evening shifts including sleep-ins although this would be the exception rather than the rule.Please get in touch for more information. My name is Olivia, and I recruit for Qualified Social Work roles at The Talent Crowd.
