I am currently working with a firm a firm who are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancer on a locum basis. This will be a be a 6-month contract to cover a maternity leave.

About the role:

Responsibilities:

• Managing their own caseload
• Dealing with a mixed caseload of leasehold property sales and purchases
• Transfers of legal title
• Remortgages
• Experience in shared ownership would be advantageous.

What are they looking for?

• NQ-3 years PQE Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licenced Conveyancer
• You will be computer literate, client care focused
• Have good attention to detail
• Good business development skills
• Be professional

Working Style:

• 3 days a week in office
• Hybrid working style
• Rolling contract
