• Assist with residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Draft and review key legal documents, ensuring smooth progression to completion.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and lenders, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Conduct legal research, prepare files, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Essential Experience:
