Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Locum

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join a highly reputable firm in the North West.

The ideal candidate will be available ASAP, and will have the scope to provide the firm cover up until the end of the year as a minimum.

The successful candidate on a full time basis, and for the first weeks of the assignment will be able to attend the office each day before moving to a hybrid arrangement.

Duties:

• Handling a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters
• Dealing with sales, purchases, leasehold, and freehold matters
• Liaising with clients, Estate Agents, and other Fee Earners
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions

Hourly rate: Dependant on experience (outside IR35)
