A prestigious Chambers and Legal 500 listed law firm, with offices regionally and in London, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer to join its expanding team in south Buckinghamshire.

Led by a highly experienced partner from a top firm, the team offers an exceptional environment for career growth. You will manage a broad caseload, working on a range of mid- to high-net-worth (HNW) matters, and will play a key role in the firm’s growth in this region.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves managing a varied caseload of residential sales, purchases, leasehold transactions, Transfers of Equity, shared ownership and lease extensions. As the successful candidate, you will work closely with the partners and may have management responsibilities supporting the wider team, whilst they handle their own caseload.

• Working on the full range of conveyancing matters
• Delivering exceptional client service
• Meeting billing targets
• Networking and business development, helping to secure new clients and grow existing relationship
