Residential Conveyancer – Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer – North Devon

What will you do?

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
• Sales & purchases, remortgages, Right to Buy, shared ownership, new build, help to buy mortgages & transfers of equity
• Work with a wide variety of clients from property investors to first time buyers
• Be a team player and contribute as best you can at all times
• Use a case management system & digital workflows
• Have a proactive approach to reinforcing and developing internal processes

What will you need?

• To be a qualified residential conveyancing solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Ideally at least 2-3 years PQE within residential property law and able to run your own caseload from start to finish
