Exciting Opportunity: Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor in Leamington SpaA well-established legal firm in Leamington Spa is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring seamless transactions and delivering outstanding client service from start to finish.Your Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, and new build transactions.
• Ensuring legal titles are marketable and compliant with lender requirements and CQS protocols.
• Handling client communications via email, calls, and in-person interactions efficiently.
• Overseeing financial control, including preparation of accurate completion statements and billing.
• Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with external parties, such as estate agents and developers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, or in a similar role.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• A proven track record of working with estate agent groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong client-focused approach.
