Job description: We are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join one of our distinguished clients in South Yorkshire on a permanent basis.

The client is looking for someone on a full time basis, whilst the successful candidate will be able to attend the office each working.

Duties

• Handling a standard caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
• Dealing with both sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold files
• Taking files from inception to completion
• Ability to use the HM Land Registry portal
