Job Title: Residential Conveyancer

Location: South Cumbria

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus + Additional Renumeration Packages

Hours: Full Time - Hybrid Working Available

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join a reputable, award winning, rural law firm. The firm have been working within the local property market for over a century and receive a high level of great client feedback, referrals and repeat business. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team in a beautiful part of the country.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience handling a residential property caseload, with minimal supervision
• Expertise in conducting title checks and raising enquiries
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with referrers

Key accountabilities:

• To run a case load of residential conveyancing files from Instruction to Completion
• Deal with Freehold, Leasehold, Purchase, Sale, Transfer and Re Mortgage transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all of our Clients
• Also liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders and Solicitors
